About B'more Fresh

B’more Fresh is an online SNAP program that helps residents purchase fruits and vegetables online at participating online SNAP retailers. Participants will receive $30 per month for 6 months, in the form of e-incentives, totaling $180. These e-incentives will be provided by and used at their preferred retailer of choice. E-incentives can be used on fresh, frozen, and canned fruits and vegetables. The program is administered by the Food Policy and Planning division of the Baltimore City Department of Planning and is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act. The program’s goals are to distribute electronic vouchers for SNAP participants to purchase fresh, frozen, or canned fruits and vegetables, increase online SNAP purchases among Baltimore City residents, encourage healthy purchasing behavioral changes while online grocery shopping, and to improve food access through the promotion of online grocery store platforms.
